Love their chicken! It's a nice fillet and batter is light and not oily. Service is quick and with a smile!

The guy who took my order at the drive-thru was rude as hell such much so that I went inside to see who the hell it was talking to me all crazy. Come to find out it was the cook. They had 3 to 4 women to handle the front and drive-thru, I don't know why he took it upon his self to answer the drive-thru. All he needed to focus on was cooking. Then I got the food, they forgot my brother's mashed potatoes so I had to turn around and My fish and shrimp plate was sad, the shrimp was so small and the breading was hard and crunchy. Best of the Best maybe in 2014.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Shrimp, clams & fish pretty good. Plenty of clams & more shrimp than I expected for the price. Easily 25 small shrimp, small but cooked perfectly.

Food is ok but the reason for two star “we charge for tap water.” Really? Just spent $60 on food and ask for some tap water. Never came across that before.

Used to love going here until I found fried feathers on my fried chicken, I cant seem to bring myself to eat their chicken again 😞

Stopped here by accident. Probably the best fried chicken we have had in awhile. They raised the bar definitely. Will return next time we are in the area. Service was wonderful

Calallen location of I-69. Friendly staff, delicious fried chicken. Their onion rings are some of the best I've ever had. They're made with homemade batter. Superb!

The wait was a little longer then i liked, would have understood if there had been a long line, there wasn't. But the food made up for the long wait. Awesome, tasty and good, very happy with the food.

Some of the worst service I've ever had, had to wait on the food for close to 20 mins and it was still cold when I asked for fresh food they stuck it in the microwave and were just heating it up. Then the manager wanted to argue with me about getting my money back

I don't know why people are complaining about the service. My husband and I eat there quite often. We never had any issues with the customer service or the food. We usually order wings which takes a while to prepare but that's expected if you want your food to be fresh. They got the best chicken wings and ever since we discovered them a few years ago, they become our go-to restaurant for wings.

Too greasy

This place USED to have really good food but for some reason they have gone down a lot. I keep going back in hopes things have changed back. No such luck. The chicken tenders continue to be tough, the Mac and cheese is watery. I will drive to the Mathis restaurant that knows how to serve and cook food correctly. Not giving the one at 5-points another try. Just disappointed.

Not that good Didn't have what my wife wanted. Food was NOT warm, nowhere near hot and the associate/cashier we dealt with had the people skills of a cadaver

After 20 min of waiting on my order i asked for 1 extra sauce the lady said it was .35 extra. I said really?? Spent my last 32.00 at this place. They suck for customer service!!!

Tried going through drive thru for the first time seems like they hire the rudest staff ever the attitude/tone the guy in drivethru was giving us was unappreciated and enough for us to drive off

Love the food and service always worth the money

Chicken is always fresh, onion rings made in house are great. We usually get food to go as we are traveling, open up onion rings right away so they stay crispy.

Stopped here on my way to south padre island Texas to eat lunch good food and service and cake was hitting going back on my next vacation

I tried it the chicken didn't have no favor and to dry cole slaw was spoiled not good and mush potatoes were not good at all .I don't recommend it to no one

Fast, Friendly service, and AWESOME FOOD at a good price. Their Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings are wonderful. The biscuits melt in your mouth. I really appreciate the drive through service.

Well Good - N - Crisp Chicken lives up to their name. Must have been a good day because it was good and crispy. Chicken tenders was deep fried perfectly, making the chicken breast juicy. Huge serving of French fries and seasoned with right amount of salt. I couldn't get enough of their buttery biscuit, it just melts in your mouth goodness. Macaroni and cheese was delicious and cheesy enough for my little one. And of course, last but not least, must dip everything in their white gravy! So rich and creamy, might as well eat it like soup.

Love the food but hate the customer service.. had an employee bark at me because I had a table of 4 and only purchased 2 drinks.. so she made me buy the largest size available... I explained that my mother was diabetic and only drank water and my daughter also only drank water for medical reasons she didn't say much but her facial expressions were enough to make me feel uncomfortable

Everything about this place is good except for their TV commercials--the announcer sounds as if he is badly constipated. By far the best chicken in CC.
